Inner Work

For those seeking meaningful change

I help people struggling with difficult emotions, unresolved experiences, and challenging situations, create lasting change and become more grounded, capable, and fully themselves.

You may find yourself overwhelmed by emotions, disconnected from your feelings, caught in recurring patterns, or facing challenges and hard questions. You may be carrying experiences from the past that continue to shape your relationships, choices, and sense of self.

Together, we explore what lies beneath these struggles—not to simply manage symptoms, but to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the way to move forward. Through increased awareness, embodied practice, and focused inquiry, new understanding and possibilities emerge and real change becomes possible.

The result is greater clarity, emotional resilience, self-trust, and a stronger connection to your purpose, creativity, and inner capacity.

What can you expect?

Our work together is both supportive and challenging.

You can expect to:

  • Develop new insights into yourself, your patterns, and the forces shaping your life.

  • Build practical skills and capacities for navigating emotions, relationships, and life's challenges.

  • Be deeply listened to without judgment.

  • Explore new perspectives, question limiting assumptions, and experiment with new ways of being.

  • Strengthen your connection to your body, emotions, intuition, creativity, and inner wisdom.

  • Take responsibility for your growth while receiving guidance and support along the way.

If concerns arise that fall outside my scope of practice, including certain mental health or trauma-related issues, I will recommend appropriate resources or referrals.

What not to expect

Advice

While I may share perspectives, practices, and insights from my experience, I won't tell you how to live your life or make decisions for you.

You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to help you access your own wisdom, discover what matters most to you, and act on it.

Analysis, Diagnosis, or Judgment

This is not a process of labeling, diagnosing, or telling you who you are.

Rather than imposing answers, we work together to cultivate awareness, understanding, and insight so that your own clarity can emerge.

Quick Fixes

Meaningful change rarely happens overnight.

While moments of insight and breakthrough occur and can be powerful, lasting transformation comes through practice, integration, and the choices you make in everyday life.

Why Work With Me?

Because I have done this work myself.

I have explored my own inner world:

resolving inner conflicts, working through difficult emotions, changing deeply ingrained patterns, challenging limiting beliefs, and developing new ways of relating to myself and others.

And I am still doing this work.

Still learning. Still growing. Still discovering.

Alongside this personal experience, I bring professional training:

BA in Psychology, Certified Embodiment Coach, Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed Practitioner, Trauma Informed, and extensive training in Focusing.

My approach is also grounded in more than thirty years of meditation practice, extensive study of psychology and wisdom traditions, and a lifelong fascination with how people learn, grow, and transform.

I bring both lived experience and professional training to support you in your own journey of change.

"What is constant throughout is his ability to use strategic silence as effectively as he does mirroring back to me my own expressions of thought and feeling.

He guides without over-guiding — it’s almost as if he can read what I am silently processing, and can sense the right moment to step in with a word, a reflection, a question, an encouragement forward.

A year ago I had the good fortune to work with Mark.

I was seeking ways to become more grounded and clear around boundaries and decision-making.

Mark is passionate about the work he shares and shows up in an open and non judgemental way making space for whatever comes up in a session.

I always felt safe and with Mark's encouragement was able to step a little further out of my comfort zone.

The grounding practices created the sense of calm I was looking for and the embodiment techniques helped with my confidence and resolve.

I look forward to working with Mark again in the future.
